1.check the connection parts are normal

Mainly check the bolts of the anchor bolts and other parts for looseness; check whether the joints of the components are abnormal. Fasten as necessary.

2, check the hydraulic part is normal

Check the oil level, oil quality and oil temperature of the fuel tank; check the hydraulic station, hydraulic pipe, oil cylinder, etc. for leaks. Replenish or change oil if necessary.

3. Check that the safety device is normal.

Check that the rising safety insurance and the rocker positioning insurance function properly. Make adjustments if necessary.

4. Is the cable in the correct position?

Mainly check whether the balance wire rope has the pull-out pulley groove, whether the pressure head is loose, whether the rope head bolt is loose or not, and whether the tension is suitable. Make adjustments if necessary.

5. the drive chain is normal

Check whether the drive chain and the sprocket are normal. The main ones include: whether the chain and the sprocket are suitable for fitting, whether the chain wear is excessive, and whether the chain installation pin and the mounting bolt are normal. Make adjustments if necessary.

6.check the lubrication status

Check the grease on the two column slides of the lift, the ropes and pulleys, the chain and the sprocket, and if necessary, add grease.
